The Ironman Grille refines that design DNA into a leaner, sharper form. Signature elements such as the lower bumper vents are reinterpreted with greater surface detail, while a heritage-style mesh insert spans the grille cavities, lending a layered, motorsport-inspired aesthetic.

Subtle Chelsea Truck Company debossing within the mesh provides a confident brand signature without detracting from the grille’s clean lines. Manufactured from OEM-grade PU and supplied unpainted for full body-colour customisation, the Ironman Grille has been developed entirely in-house by Kahn Design using state-of-the-art digital modelling. Marine-grade integrated hardware ensures a precise, bolt-on installation with no need for additional components or modifications.

This product is delivered in unpainted satin-black ABS, straight from the mould. Light surface marks or tooling lines may be visible.

To achieve a high-quality, professional finish, we recommend:

• Prime: Use a plastic-specific or adhesion-promoting primer.
• Paint: Finish with your preferred automotive-grade top coat.
